This Privacy Policy explains how Stonebridge Holdings LLC, through its Evolving Yourself division, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit https://www.evolving-yourself.com, use the Evolving Yourself Stan Store, purchase a product or service, join a community, subscribe to communications, or otherwise interact with us.

In this Privacy Policy, "Evolving Yourself," "Company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Stonebridge Holdings LLC operating its Evolving Yourself division.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through our website, Stan Store, checkout pages, digital products, courses, coaching services, community memberships, webinars, emails, and related communications.

Third-party platforms may collect and process information under their own privacy policies. This Policy does not replace the privacy policies of Stan, Stripe, website-hosting providers, email providers, scheduling providers, video-conferencing providers, or other third parties you choose to use.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of information.

  • Telephone number;
  • Mailing or billing address;

  • Purchase and transaction information;
  • Products, services, programs, or memberships purchased;
  • Appointment and scheduling information;

  • Course progress, community posts, and participation information;
  • Information you voluntarily share during coaching, webinars, courses, or community participation; and

We do not request that you submit sensitive medical records, diagnoses, mental-health records, financial-account credentials, government identification numbers, or similarly sensitive information through our website, community, or ordinary communications.

Please do not submit highly sensitive information through ordinary email, community posts, or unsecured forms.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe and Stan. These providers may collect payment-card numbers, bank information, billing addresses, tax information, identity-verification information, and other information necessary to process payments and prevent fraud.

We do not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number. We may receive limited transaction details, such as the purchaser's name, email address, billing information, payment status, purchase amount, transaction date, and partial payment-method information.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit or interact with the Site, we and the technology providers supporting the Site may automatically collect information such as:

  • Internet Protocol address;

  • Operating system;
  • Referring and exit pages;

You may unsubscribe at any time by selecting the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contacting christian@evolving-yourself.com.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending non-promotional communications reasonably necessary to complete a transaction, provide a purchased service, administer an account, or respond to you.

9. Coaching, Community, and Webinar Information

Information shared during coaching, within communities, or during webinars may be visible to the coach, Company personnel, service providers needed to operate the service, or other participants, depending on the setting.

Do not share information in a community or group setting that you do not want other participants to see.

We do not use private coaching communications as public testimonials or promotional stories without permission.

Community participants are prohibited from recording, publishing, or distributing another participant's information or statements without authorization. However, we cannot guarantee that every participant will comply with these rules.

10. Session Recordings

We will record a coaching call, webinar, group session, or similar event only after providing notice and obtaining the required permission or consent.

Recordings may include a participant's name, voice, image, messages, presentation, or other participation. When a session is recorded, we will use the recording for the purposes communicated when consent is requested, such as providing replay access, delivering a purchased service, training, documentation, or another specifically disclosed purpose.

We will not use a private recording as a public testimonial or advertisement without appropriate additional permission.

11. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide the Services;
  • Maintain customer and transaction records;
  • Fulfill contractual commitments;
  • Address disputes and enforce agreements;
  • Comply with tax, accounting, payment, and legal obligations;
  • Maintain security and prevent fraud; and
